If you want to be part of the Southend Fringe this year, it's time to crack on with planning and register.  The open access festival, that covers all forms of arts and media, has a deadline of 31 March 2010 for you to register your event and pay the relevant fee.  The festival runs from 4-26 June 2010, in line with the main Southend Festival.
